A calculator is either the right model for the exam board or it is not, and you usually find out on the first page of questions. You have 7 days from delivery to return an unused item to Olviera Mercantile, and a faster 48-hour route if it arrived faulty.

Your window to change your mind

Start a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Items faulty on arrival follow the 48-hour rule below instead of this window.

Eligible returns

Unused calculators in the original retail box with the slide cover, manual and battery seal intact, plus the invoice. A unit that has been registered or activated with a third party cannot come back.

Exclusions

  • Calculators that have been used, registered or activated.
  • Units damaged by misuse, a leaking battery or liquid.
  • Clearance stock and gift cards.

None of these exceptions apply where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing on arrival

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and email that video within 48 hours of delivery if a display shows missing segments, keys do not register, the solar strip is dead, we sent the wrong item, or something is missing. That clip is the only evidence we need: free replacement or a full refund, and no return postage from you.

Getting it moving

Email [email protected] with your order number and one line about what went wrong, from the address you ordered with. A person replies, usually within one working day, and arranges the collection or the replacement.

Who covers the journey back

If the fault is ours — damaged, defective, wrong item, missing item — we cover it entirely. If you changed your mind, you arrange and pay the return journey, and we confirm exactly where to send it before you post anything.

The refund itself

Once the item is back with us and checked, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. UPI payments return to the same UPI account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer once you share the details. You get an email as the refund leaves us.

Swapping instead of refunding

Ordered the wrong model for your syllabus? Say so in the same email while the box is sealed and we will exchange rather than refund, subject to stock, settling any price difference.

Before dispatch
