Calculators are light, flat and easy to post — the only thing that ruins one is a crushed keypad, so they never travel loose. Every Olviera Mercantile order leaves Hyderabad, Telangana in its retail box with the slide cover and battery seal untouched, bagged and cushioned so the keypad is not crushed. This page sets out what dispatch costs, how long transit takes and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

What you pay to receive it

  • Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
  • Flat ₹49 below that — one charge for the whole order, not per calculator.
  • No packaging fee, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge.

Off the bench and onto the courier

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. We hand over to the courier within 1–2 business days, shipping Monday to Saturday. Bulk six-packs for offices and schools are counted twice against the packing list before the carton is sealed.

Time on the road

After dispatch, transit runs 3–9 business days — around 3–5 business days to metro addresses and 5–9 business days across the rest of India. Counting handling, most orders arrive within 4–11 business days of confirmation. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees; remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two.

Areas we cover

Within India only. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. PIN codes outside the courier network are flagged at checkout, before you pay.

Paying for it

UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery settled with the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout says so.

Where is it?

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over. If nothing has moved for more than 48 hours, tell us — chasing the courier is our job, not yours.

When the box has had a hard trip

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items straight away, at no return cost to you. Full detail is on the Refund & Returns page.
