What do you sell?
Calculators and nothing else: 12-digit desktop machines with large displays and dual power, one- and two-line scientific models for school and college, MultiView scientific calculators for advanced maths, a colour CAS graphing calculator, and six-pack desktop bundles for offices and classrooms. We are online-only — there is no counter to visit.
Which calculator does my exam board allow?
We cannot approve a model for your exam — only your board or university can, and the rules change year to year. What we can tell you is what each unit does: a basic scientific calculator has no memory of previous entries, a two-line model shows the entry and the answer together, a MultiView shows several lines, and a CAS graphing calculator does symbolic algebra and is banned in a good number of Indian entrance exams for exactly that reason. Check your board’s current list against the feature list on the page before you buy.
How long do the batteries last?
Desktop dual-power units run off the solar strip in normal room light and only draw on the button cell in the dark, so the cell often outlives the calculator. Scientific models on a single cell typically give two to three years of school use. Graphing calculators have a rechargeable pack and want charging every few weeks even when idle.
My solar calculator has gone dim — is it broken?
Usually not. Solar strips need more light than people expect; under a desk lamp at night a dual-power unit falls back to the button cell, and a flat cell shows as a faint or flickering display. Replace the cell before assuming the unit has failed. If a brand-new unit is faint out of the box, that is a fault and it is covered.
Do you supply schools and offices in bulk?
Yes — the six-pack desktop bundles exist for exactly that. If you need thirty units for an exam hall or a matched set for a department, email us with the quantity and the date you need them by and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold and ship that, rather than taking the order and hoping.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout — one fee for the whole order. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day; we hand parcels to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1–2 business days, transit is usually 3–9 business days, so most orders land within 4–11 business days of confirmation.
How can I pay?
Two ways: UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes — you have 7 days from delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. Units already registered or activated with a third party cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and send it within 48 hours of delivery. That clip covers damaged, defective, wrong or missing items and we arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away, with no return shipping cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month product warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link arrives by email and SMS as soon as the parcel ships. If it has not moved in 48 hours, send us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
